Dr. Val Koganski
Dr. Koganski has been a practicing physician in Bucks County since 1997. He is a primary care internal medicine doctor, who is dually certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) and the Institute of Functional Medicine (IFM). He was named as one of Philadelphia Magazine’s Top Doctors™ in Internal Medicine for 2017-2024, as well as the Smartest Family Physician in America and Smartest Doc Internist™ by MDLinx.com in collaboration with the Cleveland Clinic, winning these honors among thousands of participating physicians countrywide.
Dr. Koganski specializes in prevention, diagnosis and treatment of complex and chronic medical conditions. His practice is dedicated to the comprehensive treatment of the whole patient by incorporating the latest advances in traditional medicine, combined with various holistic and integrative modalities to address the unique concerns of each patient. No single approach is right for all physical/mental conditions. Dr. Koganski combines conventional and functional medicine, using nutrition, exercise, emotional health, acupuncture, bio puncture, homeopathy, herbal supplements and biofeedback therapies as needed, to restore the long-term health and vitality of each individual.
Dr. Koganski offers a Concierge Membership Program to his patients, which enables him to devote more time to each patient’s comprehensive care, giving them 24/7 access directly to him, focusing on functional medicine evaluations, in-depth genetic testing, nutritional and health coaching to achieve true wellness. The Functional Medicine approach is not covered by insurance, but it is included in Dr. Koganski’s Concierge Program or available on a fee for service basis.
Dr. Koganski is a member of the International Evidence Based Longevity Group, comprised of physicians and scientists dedicated to extending our healthy lifespan. NIM offers a Longevity Program, designed to provide early diagnosis of age-related changes in your body, including early signs of potential disorders, then provide you with guidance on how to improve or reverse these changes to extend your healthspan and lifespan. The Longevity Program is an optional service and is not covered by insurance.

Marika Hartman, CRNP
Marika graduated from New York University (NYU) with a degree in Nursing Education and LaSalle University as a Nurse Practitioner (CRNP). She has practiced in a variety of healthcare settings and brings an extensive background to her work. She enjoys treating the individual as a whole and establishing herself as a resource for her patients to allow them to a achieve a healthy lifestyle.
Amy Laessig, RDN
Amy is a licensed Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. She graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Nutritional Sciences and completed her Dietetic Internship through Virginia Tech in Northern Virginia. Amy has used her knowledge in nutrition to help heal her own gut issues and ease her racing mind. She is excited to share nutrition information with you and to help guide you in your unique health journey. She loves trying new foods and finding ways to make healthier options satisfying and more enjoyable. Amy’s mission is to help you reach your optimal health and nutrition goals, by promoting awareness of how foods that you eat can affect your health, overall well-being and improve your energy levels. Her services are aimed to listen to your unique story and provide individualized nutrition information and educational tools that will set you up for success and unlock your full potential.
Alina Zeleznova, CHHC
Alina is a graduate of Rutgers College with a B.A. in Psychology and the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) in NYC with a certificate in Health Coaching, as well as Master’s level coursework in Developmental Psychology from Temple University. She has a passion for helping individuals rebalance their lifestyle, reconnect with their life passions and vitality, and to heal on mind/body/spiritual level. Alina decided to become a Health Coach after first-hand experiences as a patient of holistic, integrative and naturopathic doctors while healing her own severe Chronic Fatigue / “Adrenal Fatigue” symptoms. Through this journey, she has made numerous changes in her diet and lifestyle, and explored a multitude of healing modalities, such as Reiki, Eden Energy Medicine, Hypnosis, Acupuncture, IET, EFT, Meditation and HeartMath with great success. She is a Certified HeartMath Practitioner to help individuals rebalance their nervous system function and learn simple stress-management tools for use on a daily basis. Alina believes that emotional healing, in addition to healthy foods and exercise, is a critical component of overall health and well-being. She lives in Newtown, PA, with her husband and their very active and healthy 4 year old son. She enjoys cooking, making sourdough bread, being in nature with her family and tango dancing.
